We are missing two of the locking mechanism on side of crank bedroom windows.

16w x 22h. Rivers ground off previously for unknown reason . Will not open. I would like to replace the mechanism on the left and right and possibly the operator

Hi! I'm looking to replace the window balances in my apartment, but I don't know which ones to buy. They are 32" in length and have a 3231 marking engraved on the sides. I've included images of both ends, the marking, and the whole balance. Any advice would be much appreciated!

The plastic parts of the channel have broken and it is only assisting from one side.I believe the channel I'm looking for is the series 370. Plunger pins are stuck in place. How do I get pins loose without destroying screen? Only two pins in top. Very little room to get at top of pin. Cant get a saw blade in there or spray rust remover. Windows are from Builders First Source in a Del Web home in Houston Texas. Markings 27B see attached photos
