I am in need of an exterior piece, u-shaped, metal, one piece, into which the screen slides. It is installed inside the window frame on each side, right and left, near the top of the opening. Obviously I don't know what it is called. See photos. Thank you.

How can I adapt the frame (slide) to fit a bottom glide door, replacing a top slide door?

Hello - I need the balance shoe and pin for my replacement vinyl windows. I bought them in 2010; from a company that went out of busines a few years later. How do you get the balance shoe out and new one in? And I need the parts too. Thanks in advance! Nancy

Hello, I have PGT SH-4000 windows that I need to balances for and the clips on the top please.

Balance spring is 32" long, my bottom sash weighs 17 lbs., tilt windows. It is definitely a plain channel balance not the ribbed. What replacement part do you suggest?
