window tilts in for cleaning. top part of the window will not stay up in place and slides down, so the window is now open at the top and bottom. unable to lock window now. I do not know what the name of this part is, but it is broken on both sides of the window.

Stamp on the balance is 32C. Have already repaired and replaced a couple; this one cannot be repaired.

HiI have Jeld Wen Windows and screens. Most have blown out of the windows and don?t fit perfectly. I was wondering if I could add some retaining clips or springs to hold them in more securely. Thank youDavid

Hello, I am looking for a replacement lock for a casement window. The lock has a part number of 40226. The interior frame of the double glazed pane says Crestopane, with numbers 78 and 88 stamped. Thanks for any information. -Pete

see above, I also need the locking mechanism, it is a dual lock, approx. with the above c/c measurement from clip to clip on the window.,, overall width is about 54"..operator handle for crank, and lock mechanism operator are both on the lh side of the windo, standing inside.
