I am replacing a tilt aluminium frame window balance(s). Current balance's tip is colored "plastic" (maybe white but not sure). The two spiral balances are 3/8" diameter, 35" long, believe 900 series, and the window weighs 28 pounds. What color balance do you recommend. Thanks.

Small plastic piece that goes up into the bottom of the screen door to keep it on the track.

Top to bottom screw spread is 5-1/4". Link arm is 2-1/2" from center hole to rivet. Arm has offset. There is a letter "m" on the handle. Can you help me identify this part?
