Hello, I purchased the wrong size guides from you. they are too small, see attached photos. I dont see a replacement for them on your web site .What do you reccomend as a replacement? The chanel size is 3/16.

My MILGARD casement window becomes unattached to the cranking device on one end. Please help me how to fix it. We're looking for this screen clip or something comparable. We don't know the brand window we have either.

It's at the bottom of a single hung non tilt window spiral spring I ordered everything else I needed for this window. Didn't find these. I need 30 if you have them.
