I am looking for the replacement clip in the photo.

I just received the window latch, 38-036, and it fit the window perfectly, but the old fasteners from the old latch, do not fit the new part. Just wondering if you might know the screw size for the 38-036 window latch? Thanks, Joe

Hello, I have several windows where that have problems with the hardware. 1) the 3" pins on the bottom of the sash have broken at the screw hole. 2) the metal slot that rotates has spread and broke. And 3) the plastic clips that hold the spring portion of the tensioner have broken. Can you recomm ... (cont.)

I need help finding a replacement that will work with this old channel balance. It measures 27" metal to metal. It does have an odd shoe that extends past the metal. Channel is marked 2640Y B.S.I. I tried to add as many pictures as possible. Channel depth is 5/8".

Need this part for three separate windows. 1 left side and 2 right side

Window will crack open but won't close?

Can I buy the crank part I can manage to crank window out but when I crank it closed the part unscrews and it falls apart!

Hi, I need a left and right balance assembly, the shoe has a pat # 5,704,165, it's about 1 1/4" wide and 13/16" deep and 1 5/8 high, the upper coil has a 6 on it and the lower coil has a 9 on it, would like to purchase a left and right assembly already assembled

I have a cracked window pivot shoe that needs replacing. This bit attaches to a coil where the other end is connected to a part that has the numbers 5.232.208.
