I found something close but it has a round end. My pivot bar has a flat t end with a 1/16th diameter. Can the round end pivot be substituted for a flat end or can you find me the same Flat t end pivot bar? Thank you, Anna L

I have a nuprime window with the 2 channel balances that I need. It is 16.5 inches long. The number 1620 is stamped on the side of the balance. it is 1/2 inch wide. I cannot find anything that is 16.5 inches long on your site. HELP!!!!

Can't seem to figure out replacement of a locking lever. 82-107 and 82-265. The long tab that fits into the latch mechanism has a wider part. Does that fit into the 82-107 or into the mortise latch mechanism from the other side. I can't seem to figure out why it wouldn't just fall out. What is keepi ... (cont.)

I have removed the channel balance but was never able to remove the window.I will need 2 37" channel balances, it has the number 3635 on it. While trying to remove the window the takeout clip broke.
