Allenco windowsbalances have 3 stamped codes: 2430; B.S.I.; DJdimensions: 26" from the bottom of the plastic foot to the tip of the plastic guide. 2 widths the side with the stamps is 9/16" and side that's open is not quite 11/16" but it's also bent so I'm not really sure.the height is 5/8"I need ab ... I am trying to remove the doors to replace the roller wheels. I can't figure out how to remove the fixed pane. I attached photos of the keepers. Do they slide out? Any help is great. Thanks

Need the rails for bottom where rollers slide for both screen door and sliding door! 6 ft length and rails are in the middle.

These swivel connectors to our window are broken and need to be replaced. The counter balances seem to still be in good working order. Can we simply replace the connectors or must the counter balances be replaced as well? If so,which part number would we be order?

I just ordered 12 balances but in trying to put the windows back together I am finding that several of the sash guides are broken. I see the 5/8 one on the site but I think these are very slightly smaller than the 5/8 and I ordered 1/2 inch balances originally. I'd like to order 12 sash guides but ... (cont.)

How to adjust. When I close the door and activate the lock I must pull the door back slightly to properly engage. If not it appears to lock but isn't.

I have Atrium windows. In the picture, the shoe on the right labeled "B" was the original part in the window. The shoe labeled "A" on the left is what the local supplier got for me from Atrium. I have this same latch from a larson 1994-1996 screen door on the glass sliding window. Need to replace both are broken.ThanksScott

My handle broke on my sliding glass door. I took a photo of the sticker on the door identifying the model and make. The handle itself only says made in New Zealand on it nothing more. The screws for the handle are 5" on center, not the normal 3" or so that seems to be standard now. I'm guessing this ... (cont.)
