i need quote for ultra lift balances 35" long 55 lbs please

I am looking for replacement parts for the two pictures above. One is the lock on the window the piece is broken off where you push down to lock it. The other is the crank handle. The 84-074B roller looks perfect, but I can't figure out how to get the door out of its frame. The bottom roller adjusters are completely rusted and immovable (even after copious amounts of WD-40), the top rollers are as loose as I can get them, but there is still a good quarter-inch of door inside ... Hi. Have an 80 year old garage with a 2nd floor. I have two awning type windows (they hinge at the top) but do not have the hardware to open and close. I usually prop them open with a block of wood. Can I add this hardware to these windows to make them open?

Need to replace the one on our patio door and would like to know the measurement of the screw hole distances to determine if the spacing is the same as my broken one so I won't have to drill new holes and if it will fit into the lock keeper. Thank you

Hi I purchased S860-28 and 1 1/4" shoe had hard time with them but working ok.But I would like to purchase S850 1 1/4" width shoe after watching the video its so much easier to install, it does not come in 28" so what size should i by 26 1/2" or 30 1/2"Thank you Sal.
