I have several storm windows of which the corners need to be replaced. The opening for the plastic corners are 3/16" sq.

Looking for awning window vent locks.......I believe maybe circa late '70s V.E. Anderson awning windows......I didnt see anything listed

Are these lock handles (PEACHTREE LEVER LOCK LATCH, Product Code: 90-247) available in a metal version -vs- the less durable plastic? Thanks!

I need to replace two (RIGHT) window crank operators. The pictures are of the matching left window (screen is easier to remove on that side). The arm is 13.5". I can provide additional photos if needed.

I am looking for the round plastic piece that rides on the bottom track of the door. In the pictures you can see what the complete one looks like and then the other that is broken. The piece mounts with round lip at the bottom and the shaft on top.

I have what appears to be a swisco series 775 balance. I have 2 questions, 1. is there any way to do maintenance on these as some of them seem sticky and 2. Trying to get some replacement parts for a window sash. This includes both the pivot bar and also the coil on the side of the frame since its broke.

Below is a picture of the latch from my storm windows. It measures 2.75 " long, and the channel for the latch is 5/8" wide. I need 4 latches, 2 right hand and 2 left hand. I have the sash balancers removed from my Andersen windows. The number stamped on it is BJ 95#27 2 87. From my research this 5#27 appears to be matched with the 531 part. However when I measure the lower sash (visible glass) it is 21 15/16" high x 20 7/16" wide, which leads me to a 2042 s ... (cont.)
