I took pictures of the parts I have. The number on channel balance is 2820 and the part measures 29"x 1/2". I need all replacement parts for 4 windows and instructions on how to do it. Thank you JIM

I did the best I could with pictures. My storm door right and left latch have broken. I cannot locate a name of the door anywhere on it. Hello, What parts will work with this window?

The window crank on my Caradco window doesn't work, and it appears to need several parts. The teeth on the gear/wheel that is directly spun by the crank have worn and will not catch on the crank. The crank itself has worn teeth and needs to be replaced. Finally, the part that covers the crank is ... (cont.)

I have a window in need of a new channel balance. Turns out the builder (Beazer) hid a repair and glued the top plastic pulley housing piece and fitted a non-riveted pin to hold the spring where it hooks to the bottom of the channel. This window sash promptly broke after we moved in almost 10 years ... (cont.)

Hi, I have been searching this online. Everyone I find, the shorter arm is 4 7/16", my short arm is 5 1/4" Will the shorter arm length work on my window. Thanks, Tom

Regarding P/N 39015, when you order the operator, is the handle included, or, do you have to order that separately?

the top plastic bracket on my pato door broke. The photo shows the bottom bracket that is still funcional. Would part 80 051 fit as a replacement? Thanks.

Milgard window circa 2005 Like to start with one window
