Hi I bought the truth replacement window cranks and also the window latches in white which you can see in the photo. I?m looking for the replacement latch on the window in white as well.

Dear Experts, I'm looking for a jalousie window crank. the main part is 5 1/4. its a right hand crank with a 2 1/4 offset link arm. I'd appreciate any help or suggestions. thanks.

The crank is worn and screws that hold it to window frame are stripped. It looks like the window Dyad crank on your website that has 83/4 lever arm but the lever arm on this crank is 41/2 inches. Need replacement locks for Viking vinyl windows. Windows are at least 15 years old (or older) so I?m hoping I can still find something that will work.

This is a polaris window, new construction installed around 1994. Double hung. I don't see any printing on it. I haven't taken it out. There is no cut out to remove it. ( I guessing I'll have to make one). The slot is 9/16" deep and 1 3/8" wide (the id could be 1 1/4)

Hello, I need to replace 3 window balances. They are all stamped Anderson Corp 11600-17. Two came off of one window and are both stamped BJ27 1189, and the third came off of another window and is stamped J53 8 89. Pictures are attached. Just wanting to make sure I get the correct balance. Stamped 2730. The 385 series 2730 seems to be the right match with the correct guides. I will need 40. Here are some photos. Thanks, Ed

I'm pretty sure that my broken channel balance is Series 385 with the 15-004 shoe. But to identify the correct part, I don't know how to locate the stamp option to figure out the sash weight range, and not sure about the length. I am looking for replacement sweep lock for an Alpine window. The distance between the two screw hole is 2 1/4 inches. I have attached some photos. The window is a non tilting sash window.

Non branded double hung tilt window channel balance. Only markings are "e 24TG".

I cannot, for the life of me, find these lifts anywhere. Hole spacing is 2 inch on center, and the lift recesses into the lower frame as you can see. And, of course, I cannot find any manufacturer stickers on these windows.

Window will open but when closing window the inside screw comes out not allowing us to close the window!
