Corroded patio door roller exposed to salt air environment. Looking a stainless steel version? Wheels are 1 and 1/4 inches. Length (body) approx 3 in. and height is approx 1 in not counting rollers.Is there a stainless version? Thanks, Rusty

Can't find a replacement handle. The cast "cam? that operates the spring return broke. Looks like this handle is no longer manufactured. Do I have any other options. Thanks, Andrew

I am in need of some new window balances. I think I have narrowed it down to your 15" 380 series. The channel measurements are 1/2" wide and 15" long. The only issue is, I don?t understand the markings on the old parts (see pics). Hopefully you can help me. Thanks Steve

I am looking for a tilt cam for Clear Choice windows.

All of our plastic lifts are breaking. In fact, my wife just cut her finger while opening the one in the picture. We need to replace all of our lifts preferably with something stronger than plastic. The lift measures 2 7/8" long and the gap between the holes is 2". Do you offer a replacement? Thanks ... (cont.)

Attached are pics for the top swivel and bottom corner keys. I also need the spring loaded locks since they are bent. Pretty much a complete kit for the repair. Your help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks Johnny

Hello, can you help me find a replacement for this balance?

These are the "sliders" used to lock and unlock the sash when you tilt the window out to clean it. On the top sash, they are visible, but on the lower sash, they are hidden under a panel which is screwed on for "looks", but they appear to be the same.
