Do you carry the white plastic part that has two screws in it? I think it looks like the attached diagram but I'm not sure. Do you carry it?

Hello, i need the replacement part for a Viking window. The wimdow slides up amd down. The track with the pulley on the left sude of the window broke, see pictures. I have determined it to be a 160 series, but I'm not sure if it has a 6 or 9 stamped on it to chose the correct one

These are Kinro windows on our fabricated home. The sash weights 14lbs. The stamp in the picture is "26 3". The metal part of the channel balance is exactly 27" long. The channel balance is 9/16" wide and 5/8" thick. Thanks for your help. Rick

No numbers on parts. Windows are from an Allmet Building Products patio room.

There is no marking or numbers all I now screw holes are 2 5/8 apart 3 1/2 long 7/8 wide

Trying to find this latch. Came off of an Atrium window but I do not know the model. I Think it is a 375 or 365 series. Something like that. I know that's not much to go on. Please review photos and see if you can help. Atrium referred me to your website. Glen

I SENT AN EMAIL WITH THE SAME INFO TO YOUR CUSTOMER CARE DEPT. THEN i SAW THIS SO YOU MAY GET DUPLICATE QUESTIONS. THE THREADS THAT HOLD THE BUSHING WHERE THE HANDLE GOES IN ARE STIPPED. STRIPPED ON THE CASING NOT THE BUSHING, MAYBE THE BUSHING IS WORN TOO.

I have a broken pivot shoe on a 4800 series United Window. What pivot shoe should I purchase as a replacement?

Does the top of this balance have a clip that hooks into hole on top of window? Or does it take a screw on top to hold balance in place? I am looking for one with a clip. Please let me know.
