Can you recommend a replacement balance for my windows please. Thanks. Early

I replaced my channel balance on one of my windows with the S380-31 opt. 3030... The window opens easily but is hard to shut; Any ideas on what could be the problem.

These balances are in a house that was built in 1984. Measures 25 in Long. And it says 24 30 < on the back.

We are looking for a replacement handle for this tilt and turn window. Can u help us with this? Thanks Karen

These are vinyl clad 4500 casement windows installed by NVR homes around 2002, I would like to obtain some replacement crank mechanisms as the gears have stripped. ID info is on one of the pics, can you assist?

Hello! I have a double hung window (Capitol 9555 series) cannot hold window. It looks the coil balance spring was broken. The number on the spring is "7". Could you tell which spring model I should buy? Thanks!

Could please provide some more details as to what you mean by "remount the holes at the top"? How do I remove the broken lock that is preventing me from opening the window?
