Single hung window. 9/16 wide My old balance is stamped 32B what weight option do I choose. Also, how do you accurately measure the shoe, I'm looking at either the 15-005 and 15-004. Is the measurement taken from all the outisde edges? Thank you for your help.

While replacing the pivot bars (#26-040) we noticed we also need to replace our pivot shoes. We believe the measurements of the pivot shoe are 2" High, 5/8" deep and 1 1/4" wide, though it was difficult to take accurate measurements while the shoe was still in track. I was cleaning my window and (as I've learned later), probably didn't lift my window enough and think I've broken this part. I need to replace it but don't even know what to search. I also can't even get the window back in at this point so it's a bit urgent!

My name is Ron from Raysands Glass i can't find these sash pins any were.

1) The metal part of the balancer is 33" long. 2) The width on the "U" bottom side is 1/2" wide. 3) The "wing span" at the bottom end of the balancer is 15/16". 4) The print says: "32 3 CL CALDWELL" on the back of the balancer.

I took these photos and called about the part number but she couldn't cross reference the part so she told me to email these photos to you guys. the plastic slider piece at bottom of our Atrium window manufactured in 1998 for a Del Web community is broken. MV-1 is the window number. I am looking for replacement plastic press in molding for aluminum basement windows. Home was built in 1989. I measured molding a closely as possible. Molding is black but I can use any color. Please advise if you have or where it can be found. Thank you
