I purchased an Ellipse style operator arm (#39-0273).as a replacement for a Truth (#45251).Everything matches up except the roller at the end of the arm. The replacement roller is thicker and plastic, where as the older arm uses a thin steel roller.Did I order the wrong part, or do I need to to ord ... (cont.)

Looking for a replacement for this part. It is what holds the window using a pin to the sash. A spring is connected to this. It breaks all the time so wondering if there is a version of this made of metal.

Window balance replacement

Wanting to make sure I order the right part. My pivot shoes look different than ones on your site also. My balance string is held by a screw on top of window frame.
