Hello, the plastic piece around my pivot shoe on my window balance broke. The balance coil itself is stamped with “406L”. I need help identifying the part that can replace the plastic piece that broke. Thank you! Here’s what the balance looks like when the plastic is not broken ... (cont.)

The Forest Service is looking for some replacement locks on their vinyl windows but doesn't know the brand of window. I need about 6 of these.

I just installed the 40-049 but I am having an issue with the key tumbler thumbturn. It seems to have a catch in it which causes it to be difficult to turn back to fully closed.This is on my mothers door and it is hard for her to open it.Any assistance would be appreciated.

Hello We have white vinyl windows, from Patriot Manufacturing ca. 2006/2007. They have the pictured latch built in to allow leaving window open at night, but prevent it from being opened all the way. Do you carry a replacement for them? The dimensions are 1" long by 1/4" width. Thanks and ... (cont.)

Housing is 3" and 1/8" long. It's 5/8" deep, and 1 and 7/16" tall. Wheel diameter is 1" and 1/4". Need two.
