These came out looking for replacement with Teflon wheels. Heavy hurricane door

There are no markings on this - I believe these are off a Fleetwood door. I want to see if you have this available as an offering.

Can you identify who makes this mortise lock set? The lock is 2 1/8 X 5 7/16 and is 5/8" wide.

The metal part of the channels are 30 inches long and 1/2 inch wide. There are different numbers on the channels: 2950; 2930 with possibly "BS1" stamped perpendicular to the 2950 etc.
