Hello I have a kitchen window that has an upper and lower sash. It appears that I need new channel balances. However, how do I remove and replace the upper sash's balancers? All 4 channel balances appear to be exactly alike and you seem to have the parts I need. Patrick

Hi I need to replace a channel balance on my Jordan Window. It measures 29" not including the end pieces. Photos of the entire unit, the end pieces and the markings on the back are attached. Sending another note with the final picture

I replaced the roller assemblies and the door works great. I would like to replace the handle to include a key lock. Hello, I need 4 clips identified in the picture. The window itself and the clip have no identifiers. The clip rides at the bottom of a coiled spring and attaches to a metal post on the bottom of the window unit. Thank you for your help David
