I have screen door and have purchested roller assembly 84-011 from you in the past. The mechanisms seem to have weak spring and here in Arizona, plastic does not last well. Are there any equivalent models of that roller assembly that have stronger springs and metal rollers? Thank you Judy ... (cont.)

Hi, I narrowed down my replacement balance to a 29" 385 but the stamp on the old balance is 28 9 C9 Caldwell. I assume the "28 9" relays the weight but I do not see options that high. Any suggestions? Thank you! -Mike

I need to replace the balance channels on both sides of a window. The current channel is stamped 2930. The channel measures 1/2" on the side against the window. The metal piece is 30" long. I included pictures of what is left of the plastic clips. Could you please reccommend the correct replacement ... (cont.)
