We have an older Sun Porch sun room on the back of our house. The door hinges have worn out. The parts for the hinges are metal but I found a set of plastic 'replacement' hinge pins on your website. Will they fit our hinges?

Hi, I hope you might be able to help me find a replacement for an old Arcadia sliding glass door handle. As you will see the handle and door frame has 3 holes- the outer two are 6 inches apart with a larger center hole. Best, Bolyn

I'm beginning to realize that there may not be a replacement for this setup. I'm looking for something that will require the least amount of modifications to my door. I'm fine with drilling a new hole to accommodate a narrower spacing.

Hello. One may be newer than the other, but one is printed 28 1/4 3 Caldwell CM, the other is stamped 2840. I don't see any numbers on the plastic ends. Metal channels are 29" long, 5/8" tall, 1/2" wide. The plastic end on the bottom is exactly 1" thick. My scale says the window is 18 lbs. ... (cont.)

Hello, for markings, I found this on the wheel: Kennatrack Scottie It has virtually zero inches of inset (very slight) on the front hangar. Hope my pictures help. Thank you so very much !! Noel

15 year old windowsDoes not close all the way.Replace parts on window top that catch the top of this. The balance is stamped 2730 BSI OH.

Looking for replacement window rollers for Alcan (AL-C-1) windows.

These are circa 1997 Mastic Inner-lok Vinyla Replacement windows. None of the parts you show match up exactly, but do you have parts that will work? I see some sash release levers that are close. Not sure about the pivot shoe, or if I have even identified that properly. Thanks so much ... (cont.)
