Replacement Roller Assembly
Greetings, I have a Del Mar Roller assembly from my sliding glass patio door that needs to be replaced. It is removed from the side of the door instead of coming straight out of the bottom. Other than 'Del Mar' the only marking is a patent number: 3.670.357

Tilt Latch Replacement
I ordered Part# 26-442 (Truth Tilt Latch Set) to replace a broken RH tilt latch (see attached pic). All of the dimensions on Part #26-442 were correct; with the exception of the top plate. Help identifying shoe
I have this blue shoe. Your customer care recommended 15-086 and 15-087, but those have a black cam, and it looks a little different in size. Will this part still work? I already bought the recommended parts and I want to be sure they will fit before I call out a handyman.

Require six assemblies
Attached are details and dimensions of the part and the channel opening size. Looked at product code 81-279. Is this the best choice, or is there another?Is it possible to go to a double wheel set because the double pane thermal door is quite heavy? Thank you John

What option is required
A 30 x 30 inch double pane up sliding window Channel has a marking of " 26 4 AN Caldwell" The channel is 28" length. It has by the pictures a 15-004 and 19-005 on the ends. What channel should I order for replacements?

Window Balance Stamping
Good Afternoon, I'm looking at replacing all 4 balances on a double hung "tilting" window but I can't match the stamping to anything on your website.
