Imy Pella windows are 1977 vintage. I'm looking to repair some of the worn parts. Do you have any seals. This is the seal that the window seals to on the stationary part of the window.

Hello, Attached are (2) pics. I a trying to determine if the part i need is 1/2" thick or 17/32" . Couldn't find a whole bearing but what is left looks like a washer. I suppose that the bottom floor piece used to have a bearing on an adjustable spindle/ The top is a spring loaded pin still in good shape. More pics of top if needed.

The four attached pictures are of a window spring I need to replace. It is approx. five years old. It is marked with "SWISCO.COM" "2740" and what appears to be "BSI AV". I have Pozzi windows circa 2002. The gears are beginning strip on the mechanism to crank out the windows. I'm including a picture of the arm mechanism from one window and the gear mechanism from the window which needs replacement.

This window part is from a Superior Window co. vinyl window. This California company has since been closed. This part helps the sash stay open and I believe its called a balance. Hi, Looking to replace the broken sash lock on my vinyl double-hung window - not sure of the manufacturer but I've included a photo of the label that's on the window that might help, along with photos of the lock. Any help would be much appreciated!

Balances are working fine. However, the plastic part that connects the balance to the window guide has failed. I'm trying to match the existing balance units in my windows. The existing balance in this case is stamped 26 4 GN CALDWELL. Would this be considered a match to the 2640 stamp referenced in the S380-27 options?

I rehabbed some 50's metal bifold doors and either was missing one of these or i have lost it. Can you direct me or tell me what i need to measure to get correct part. Thanks

Unknown window manufacturer, but they are double hung tilt windows with 5/8" red tip spiral balances. I just need replacement shoes. Thanks, Ken
