Hi folks I'm trying to locate a replacement part for my vinyl window. The "tab" which comes from the window and is inserted into the tension system (which is in the vinyl window frame) was broken/twisted off. I took the vinyl window apart and pulled out the metal part/anchor point so I could locat ... (cont.)

Can I replace only the latch (maybe 82-107) or does the entire handle set need to be replaced? If so, please suggest a replacement. I am currently waiting for 82-265, multi-point mortise lock with faceplate, to come back in stock (that Swisco previously recommended).

Do the channel balance come in 32 inches long

I need to replace my window balance and sash channel guide. I think I found the correct balance part, but I would like to verify. The part is 1/2 inch, which I identified as S350-31. I think these are from a clearview brand window. The shoe is 1-1/8 wide, the top is1-1/4" tall, similar to your s380 style, How do you measure length?. Overall length or the metal Chanel itself?

Is 75-077 good for double hung windows with wood sashes riding on vinyl tracks? If so, should it be applied to the wood surface or the vinyl surface?
