I have a few windows that have the cracked or broken Pivot shoes on both ends of the jambs. The coil/spring is fine but the plastic shoe is broken. I am not sure the make or model of the windows. Any suggestions? Thanks

I ordered your S372-31 3030 option but the top and bottom don't work. The ones in now are built into the jamb. I cut a slot in the jamb to slide the top in but the top is too wide and wouldn't fit. Measured the part at 1 3/8" inch by 3/8 inch. Hopefully the 4 attached photos will help.
