I attached a picture to the part number of my window. The interior glass trim piece broke that I am holding in my hand in the second picture. I need to order a new one. I also need 4 lock latches for these windows. Any help would be much appreciated! Matt

Hello, this handle worked with our vintage awning windows. We just ordered (4) Part #39-076 Center Gear Operators. The old units were stripped out. The splines on the handle are pretty rounded too. I have an old, broken storm/screen door handle set. I am looking to replace but am having no luck finding one. I saw product 40-049, Complete Mortise Lockset,and was wondering if it would fit on my door.

I just sold my house and per the agreement have to fix a window that will not stay open. I am 95% sure it is a traco window, double hung tilt in. It's difficult for me to tell the differences between the 380, 385, and 395 series balances based on your site's pictures. Maybe the attached pics will help you tell me what new balance I need. Hi, I need to replace a bunch of these rollers. The manufacturer is Reynolds and I believe the windows are marked with 1-74 or 11-74. I figured out what part broke but don't think my fix will hold long. Only wording says 'DNS Industries 12 inside pull -Standard' on the latch side and ' DNS Indistries 11 outside pull - standard' in the other piece
