Number on spring 640 . Bathroom window bottom sash 18 x 30 inches insulated glass

Is there a formula to estimate the sash weight? I am no longer on the job and don't typically have a scale to weigh the sash anyway. A large sash 37.5 x 25 has coils marked 3 but won't stay up. Could these be the wrong coils? Or are they just worn out? Everything looks intact and not broke ... (cont.)

The Marvin part number is 108155501 and it's from a casement window circa 1991. I believe the part number 39-032 is a match.

I just bought 10 39-172 operators. I assumed that they would come with gaskets, as the original windows have gaskets on them. How do I get replacement gaskets for these operators?

I wanted to find the number on the coil balance today, but was very confused when I saw 3 coils on the one side of the window where the coil had let go of the shoe. These were all parts that came off of one side. Now I'm not sure what to order. Help?! Thank you Karen
