looking for two sizes of similar window replacement channels. Vinyl Windows were installed in new home in 1994. Both look similar to S380 or S385) both non-tilt, 1/2 inch channels. 1. 27 inch, 26 4 Caldwell KM 2. 33 inch, 32 3 Caldwell LM

I am looking for a replacement wood handle. Do you have anything like this with the rounded/hourglass shape for the wood? If not what do you have that is close?

Broke, need to replace, would like some extra. Windows were purchased quite a few years ago, when CertainTeed still manufactured them.

I have a 26" channel balance that is I have matched with your part # S380-26. The number stamped on my channel is 2530 B.S.I.. Everything matches up with the S380-26 except the aluminum channel one I have has rolled edges. Does this make a difference?

I have to replace several pivot shoes. The dimensions and picture of your part number 15-118 look exactly like my part; however, I would like to get a pivot shoe that has an opening (an opening or slot in the cam) so that the sash could be removed more easily. Hi, My house was built in 1964 patio doors look original. Need new rollers but these seem to have a spring adjustment. Do you recognize them? know who made them? Have any or can refer me to who might? Thanks for your help

I have 4 sets of Patio Doors. They were most likely installed in the early to mid 90's. I don't see any markings on them. I've included 4 pictures. I hope you can help me find a replacement handle.

I too have those horrible plastic butterfly clips on my window openings to hold the screens. Happily, I've just moved into this home and the screens are in bad shape so I will have to replace them as well, meaning it's easier to use corner springs in my case (plastic corners). I don't know what brand these windows are - this is an old farm house with several double pane awning windows. All of which have the plastic clips broken. I removed one of the bars showing the broken clip. I realize I will need to drill out the old rivets and install something new to retain the clip ... (cont.)

I am trying to identify the correct replacement balancers for my older Milgard (1994) Single-hung Window. It is approx. 22.5 lbs, and is 33.75"x35". Hello I have 3 season-all thermal-guard windows measuring 35 3/4" x71 3/4". All three need new balances top and bottom. Latch removed from door, Anti-slam pin pushed in fully, latch intermittently binds/won't open or close (as if anti-slam wasn't pressed). Looks like equivalent of your 82-239. I believe this is the exact part we are looking for. My question: is there a special tool to press these on with or can you advise on how to attach to the screen as the small flange needs to be crimped on?

I need the pins that enable one side of the French door to be stationary are to open.

I don't see any markings or label on part or on the door

bottom lock on French door, used to have a pin and it sheared off....need to find the part to replace the pin...not sure if I need the whole lock or just a pin. Can't seem to locate anything like this.
