I bought 27B balances from you guys and have had no problem replacing several of them until this window that the pins at the bottom of the sash that fit into the cam (195) are rusted completely. The part is basically a round shaft that fits through the frame and into the cam. The problem is I see no ... (cont.)

I have a broken plastic component in my Alside window. I'm told its a balancer. I'd like to replace it .

Do you have this? I see you have a product code 38-158 but the measurements are larger than my example. Mine is 3" screw to screw, 3 3/8 length, width,15/16 th, thick 7/16, and the opening between the screws is 2 1/4.

Sliding door roller that has the number 138 on the side of it. The door was installed in 1997. It has one roller. The whole assembly is about 2.5" long and 1" in height. The roller is about 1/4" wide.

I have a M&W awning window . the part that attaches to bottom of the window that the arms from the window attaches to has broke. I believe the window size is 31"x19". Do you have that part? Can you help me identify this part? They are used throughout the windows on my house and are getting old an brittle. I have 2 P.T. windows,double hung, that measure at the sash 33 3/4" X 46 7/8" height. What window balance should I order for them? I also have 1 P.T. window, double hung, that measures 39 3/4'" X 46 7/8" height. And the correct balance for this larger window? Thanks, MM
