Single hung/ thermopane (36"x60")is hard to open an hard to close. Balances ( 24-9 KE5 CMC 45 ) are clean an in good condition. Vinyl jams are in good condition. My wife can barely open but can not close them. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks Dwayne

Hi Swisco, Can you tell me which Window Balance i should buy for a replacement to this broekn one? The part is stamped with "26 5 HW CMC 7". Both ends are winged. I've sent the attached pictures to help ID. Thanks, Tom

Hi, have a Milgard single hung window where on one side, the hook of the balance got detached from its slot inside the window jamb.
