what determines the size of the operator? size of window or size of arm? where to measure for size. Eric

Hello, Our screen door does not align with the aluminum so the generic door closers will not work as the tube would have to be at an angle. See attached photo. I need to replace two of these, but I am confused about which one to get. The numbers don't match completely, so thought I would ask. They are 32" long (just the metal rail part)

Replacement for balance with a metal channel length of 24"Only markings I see are 23 2 J0 Caldwell on the metal channel.

I believe the S385-20 is the replacement channel balance that I need, according to the photos & measurements. But I am confused by the stamped numbers on the item, as in the photo. Part number need for item pictured. I did not get measurements, but 1/2" or less.

I need a replacement lock for my patio door. Best guess is the door/lock are original equipment on the home, so about 20 years old. The only marking I see is "DNS" stamped on the side of the lock mechanism. I have included some pictures for reference. Thank you Jim

It is 1/4 wide and 7/17 high. it is on aluminum windows from 1969.

Patriot windows will not close to lock. Is there an adjustment to the balance rod or do they need to be replaced? If adjustable is there instructions on how? I ordered the channel balances only to discover that it was the plastic piece on the window that needed to be replaced. Argh! The channel balance numbers on the windows are 2520 and 2830's. I believe that it is a 28.5, the overall height of the window is 59.5 It has a 5/16 in thick shoe and a 3/8 in spring
