I have a 7 1/4" by 1" latch which is on a 1" thick door. I need two for replacement. Can you guys help me?

Looking for a dual hook mortise lock. The screw holes for the door are about 9 3/4 inches from center to center. The gap on the receiver end is about 5 5/8 inches. Hole in the door is about 3/5 inch wide and 9 1/4 inches high.

I need S351-38 balances, but the weight stamp says 3760. These are big old windows in a school. I think I need a custom order.
