The windows are by Style Built out of Chicago, installed over 20 years ago. The pivot bar is different from the metal ones I am finding on the site. Hello the rope broke inside of my window rail. The numbers stamped on it is 14 3 JQ CALDWELL and the length of the rail metal frame only is 15". There are two plastic mounts on both ends that are not part of my measurement. Can you tell me what part I need? Thanks much!

The dimensions are 1/2"x1-1/4"x2". The hole in the cam is 3/16"x 5/1/16". My guess is that I need #15_135. I just didn't know what the cam hole size was on that one. Thanks for your help. LeWayne

Window sash keeps falling. Balance bar followers that the window rides on are broke. Aluminum part is 25" long and 1/2" wide at its widest part.

Hi, The channel balance is labeled as 2530F. It is 26" long and 9/16" wide. I believe the fitting at one end is a 19-008 (1 1/4" x 9/16"), and the fitting at the other end is a 15-025 (7/8" x 3/8").
