I need to replace some non-tilt channel balances. These are 28" 2730. I'm guessing they are the 350 series - but can tell for sure (tops and bottoms). Please advise.

Hi, I have a patio door roller that I think is a D1734 roller. It says Allen Stevens 5469 on it. I think I have found something very close on your website, your 81-003. My only issue is that instead of having an overall length of 2 3/4" I see diagrams of D1734 rollers that list an overall length ... (cont.)

Hello, the little lever for locking the door fell out and has no mechanism to hold it in again. Do you have a full replacement that would work? Or any parts are recommendations? Thanks, Mark

3 of 4 of my window balances are broken. The marking on the side says 26 C. Is the S395-27 the correct replacement and which option do I get? 2610, 2640, etc..? Thanks!

My home is only 22 years old, but the window balances have steadily been failing over a number of years. looking for plastic retaining clips that hold grille in window.

I would like to make sure I purchase the correct channel balance. The widow manufacturer is Kiro, in a Karsten mobile home installed in 2015. The channel balance is 27".
