I am looking for glazing that I think I found at another site, Part 900-17190. It looks like a 3 line snap-in-vinyl bead. Please verify and let me know if you have this and the cost. Looking for approx 50 feet or more.

ordered and received this part but the one i have on the window is one that just clips on this one has no one has clipping on so im not sure how to use this

Hello, Trying to replace the spiral balance in 2 of my dining room windows. We have the metal one with orange tip, diameter more like 1/2" (closer to 4/8 than either 3/8 or 5/8), and measures just under 21". I'm having a tough time finding the right item that would suffice. hi dave and paul: i have 35 year old anderson windows top balancers on double hung windows. only numbers are 11600-17 also numbers D93 7127p84 or D98. hard to tell. I need 1 left 1right. looks like they are the same. can u contact me. -randy

Retainer clip located on the side at the top corner of window

I purchased the 39-090 operator and I tried to install it and the measurements were off. I have taken a photo of my original part to the part I ordered. If you could please offer a better recommendation that would be great.

I don't see any markings at all. The rectangular part of the roller housing is approximately 1.25" x 2.5". It's got a tab for a holding screw. The screw is not shown in the installed photo but you can see the hole. The dimensions of the housing is: 2-1/2" x 1-3/16" x 0-11/16". Thanks for your ... (cont.)
