I need 4 of the pieces reflected on the pictures attached to replace parts for 2 Window Mart windows. As you can see the metal part of the base piece (seat) has been damaged and spiral coil balance will not attach to it. Please let me know if you have these parts and how much they are. Thanks Chi ... The S751 balance looks like the correct one. the one I have measures 17" long but it stamped 14 and the letter B. Is this the correct one? I will probably go with the one with greater lift because it is easier to pull down on the window than push up (it is located behind and above a sink) ... (cont.)

I think this may be the one I need: Product Code: 15-121 -- however, my existing broken one has a white cam. I'm attaching photos. It appears to be 9/16" thick, 2" long, and 1 1/4" wide. These windows were installed in 1998 I believe....no idea what brand.....pulte homes.

Hi! Last night, the door lock latch (not sure what it's called) broke off of the door lock part of our sliding glass door. I'm looking for some window coil balances full set ups. As far as identifying markings all I see is the letters "DL" written on coil and the letters a b c d e f written down the sides of the plastic housing in two places.
