The T-lock shoes broke on these two window types. Is there a different window channel I can buy or do these windows only use the 795 series? Also, how do I know which T-lock shoe to purchase? Thanks.

I NEED 12 OF THESE. I DON'T SEE ANY NAMES ON ANY OF THE WINDOWS TO HELP IDENTIFY THEM.

1. pivot bar ID 2 Shoe: The best we can tell is it is 2 3/32" long; 1 1/4" wide; 1/2" thick. The pictures are in either this email or the second one titled Window Info- Wolf 2 3. Spiral balance: They are 3/8 " wide- so series 900. Does this mean the same length will fit in all the windows ... (cont.)

Can you confirm that the parts i'm considering are compatible? Notice my original channel balance has C2635 on it. S770-27C (channel balance) 15-129 (pivot shoe) 26-241 (pivots)

The spiral balance is 29" x 3/8 The tilt lock has numbers 375, 15L, and pat pend 5.139.281 The lock blocks are less than 3/8 thick x 2 1/16 tall, with the pivot just under 1/2" I need help to get part numbers so I can order enough to rebuild eleven windows.

Attached please find the pictures of the window components you had requested for my Thermo-tite window. My crank on the right side window of my Caradco window is broken apart and I need replacement for what looks like number 916 stamped in the frame and the hardware has ( 31538A ) Can you help me with info. ? Thanks Bernd

One broken balance and other spiral balance came loose from the pivot shoe. Best I can measure with it still installed is 2-1/8 high by 1-1/4 wide by 17/32 thick. From underneath I can see the brake is blue. Determined S600-24 for spiral balance. Not sure if I should choose the 1/2 thick with bl ... (cont.)

I need to replace this handle and lock on my sliding glass door. I have attached two photos showing the handle on the inside and the lock on the outside. I have no other info. Thanks. -- Jack

The part I'm replacing is 28" in length and has a hook-like arrangement at the top to fasten it into the sash. your photos and the parts I received [being returned] have a straight section which appears to have a screw to fasten it to the sash. number on part that is correct is 28C 6S1 [might be ... I lost the strike plate for an Emco Forever Door. Strike plate p/n 306008. Andersen/Emco Say the part is discontinued and no longer available. Can you obtain one in brass?attached photo Shows the lock set. Emco S/n for door is 2861634. Thank you

Hi, we moved into a house that did not have locks on four of the windows. The opening for the lock is 4 1/4 inches. Are these items you guys would have? I have found markings that say Herculite glass and tons of numbers but can't find other markings. Thanks!
