I have a home that was built in 2005. Many of the window lift springs are going bad right now. Most of the problem is the plastic covers are crumbling away and the debris is jamming up in the springs. I'd like to replace them, but I'm not sure what parameters I need to know to find the right repl ... (cont.)

Hello, I'm trying to find the correct window replacement sash for my window. Two of the cords for the lower sash have snapped, so it has been incredibly difficult to remove the upper casing to try to see the box. The back door has two glass panels that can slide up and down. Their side clips have been lost. Only 1/2 of one clip remains. It is 1/8" wide and about 4 3/4" long. In looking at the examples of your channel balances, the 29" series 380 channel looks accurate when compared to mine. This includes the shoe, the top and the clip. 1 3/4 hole distance. The door handle has a curve to allow it to close and not hit the striker plate. Problem is that all the door handles are square and blocky and this hit the striker plate before closing. The door is about sixty years old so replacing door is not an option. Thanks. ... (cont.)

I presently have 70-004 latches on my screens but several have come out. My installer is out of business and I don't want to take the screen apart. Can I use a 70-204 latch as a replacement? The door handle mechanism is not working properly. Handle does not snap back after opening. I would like to replace entire mechanism and components as other parts are also badly worn.
