Channel is 26" long 1/2" wide and tall The lock is 2 1/4 long 1 1/4 wide unlocked and 1 3/8 locked. It uses hook not a screw to attach to window.

The one closest the screen (for the upper window) Vertical sliding windows. The part I want is the top with the two screws, the "band/spring/roller"? and the bottom part. Or full assembly

If you could be so kind as to advise The correct replacement number for the enclosed picture as the plastic cracked and I need 6 pieces It could be a plastic or metal roller

Dear Swisco, I sent in a request last week and I haven't heard back yet so I thought I would try again. I have a broken 4"x 3/4" Multi Point Sash Lock Handle as pictured. Our house built in 1986 has double hung windows some of which don't stay up when opened. I'm looking for these replacement parts (see photos) as well as the springs which these engage with. I need to replace the balance in a few windows. The pics are of the channel balance. Length 15 inches and channel width 9/16" and thickness of 5/8". Let me know which part works best. Thanks Gene

a few shots of the latches on one of my storm doors. They are plastic. On my back storm doors, they are metal with B333 numbers engraved. The style is different. The spring is not visible as on the other style. It is plastic with a spring. Thank you Rafael

Our Screen door is missing the bottom guide and can be pushed in, we need a replacement guide to keep the door in its track.

All measurements are in inches. Exposed square plastic corner is approximately 0.895 square X 0.425 thick. Barb is 0.588 W X 1.60 L X 0.325 thick. Does this still exist??? Thanks for your help!

I am also on the hunt for some slide locks for my windows. I had two completely break and the spring flew out and the lock broke off. Can you identify a part I could use by the pics provided? If you don't have tan I could always spray paint to match

Handle gear mechanism broke need new one, door is cole sewell and has a registration number of 10299796042

No markings on this door-it is 34x80. There was no lock on the door, but there is an opening for deadbolt and a handle. From the side, it appears that the door had a fairly large cartridge. I need a left pivot bar for CertainTeed Brynmawr circa 2003 double hung window. Unfortunately I don't have the piece that broke off.

My window weighs 30.4 lbs and spiral balance has yellow tip. Should I be using black or blue tip in above 600 spiral tube? Thanks

Hi, I have determined that I need the 795 series Channel Balance assembly but I am a little confused on the size. My current rails are stamped "32-7 BSIN RL" and one is "26 7 BSI RL".
