Just ordered item # 84-100 and have a problem with fit. I noticed others had the same problem. The item is 16/32 in width and the current part is 14/32 in width. I've tried to spread the channel with little success. I need to know if there is any solution to the problem and if not I need to know how ... (cont.)

I'm hoping you can help me figure out the best steps to triage my Sliding Glass Door. I do not know the mfg, but I have included a pic of the track flopping over. HI there, I have a sash window made by Phillips. The Channel Balances say 19 2 HP Caldwell stamped on them. The window is 21X23.
