stamped 27-4 1/2 inch channel metal part is 28 inches long from BFS non tilting windows 15-002 balance shoe? 1" x 1" 19-005 balance top?

Ther steel channel measures 30 inches without the nylon feet. The only numbers I can find are stamped on the channel 29 3 H I. Thanks for your help. Denny

There is no picture for the skylight operator in dark bronze but a picture for the handle in dark bronze . Would it be safe to assume that the two will match ?
