The space between the screw holes is 7 9/16". The problem is the latch doesn't move up or down when the lever is moved. There are 2 prongs. Thank you

Hi, I'm looking for the coil for both sashes on my window. Both sides have broken. There is a "7" stamped on the coil and it is about 1/2 inch in width. Can you tell me which replacement coil I need to purchase?

door rollers have a 1 embossed on it.it has plastic roller bearings . One looks like it has one bearing missing and the second one is missing most of the roller bearings.

Hi, The glazing bead is what looks to be the cause of the problem. Is there anyway you can tell me which glazing bead I need to order based on the manufacture type of the window noted in the attached picture?

One shows just the bent coil, another shows all of the parts used, and the third shows the other side, installed. I have the lighter spring on the top, so behind the heavier spring, if that makes any difference. Let me know what is going on, I have installed many of these and more are needed. Mo ... (cont.)

I have a peachtree front door. One 32" side swings open on a regular basis. The other side by releasing latches will open. This door is rarely swung open.
