Hello, Looking for the attached bottom sash tilt pivot. Need both right and left, but they appear to be the same.

Windows outside frame dimensions are 43" x 61-1/2". The channel balance I am holding in my hand measures 30-1/16" metal plus nylon piece on each end. This appears to be Series 395 with option 3630. Will need four of these items if they are available. Thank you Ralph

This window was put in around 1983. The number stamped on it is F39 4#27 27 either A2 or R2

For "Mike" who did your Youtube video on replacing the rollers on the bottom of a sliding glass door. I just watched the video. Why is it necessary to remove the stationary door? Our sliding glass door is the one toward the inside of the bedroom. Seems like I could just lift up the door and tilt the ... (cont.)

The crank piece on this pulls right off. Still works, but would like to replace it, along with the piece it goes into.. the casing? What would I buy?

I have attached photos of vinyl window strips I am looking to replace/repair on my 28 yr old windows. The windows are in pretty good shape but these vinyl snap on strips have become brittle and frayed. Hoping you can identify them and lead me to the right replacements.

Need a right and left casement operator with handles. Bronze. Arm stamped with the word Wright. Underneath operator is stamped 7702. Found something close on your site but had longer arms. Can you help?

The sash weight on my windows is 19lbs. Would you suggest I go with the 1940(14-17lbs) or the 1960(22-26) option? Thanks for advising? I am ordering series 385, 20 inch channel balance.

The code on the balance is too light to get picture of. The stamp reads as follows: 28 3 IL Caldwell. Each balance is 2'5" without the attachments. The reason for replacement is because the windows will not hold up. The continue to slide down when opened. Please help me identify which part ... (cont.)

The Anderson window balancer has several numbers stamped on it. C24 6#31 11-85. And above it a smaller stamp11600-17. Which is the correct part number for the new balances. I want to order 2. Do you need a picture or demensions of the old operator. Thank you. Charles A
