I have crank out windows for an enclosed porch that have snap in glazing that needs to be replaced. When I remove a piece and measure from the glass to the frame it is 3/4". This looks like what I need. (WOOD WINDOW CRANK, 9" Product Code: 39-020) But it's too short. The two screw show 3 1/2" apart and mine are 3" plus the arm on this one is 9' and the one on my window is all on 13" or more. Do you have what I'm looking for? My name is John Thanks

I think I have this lock at my sliding door (see pictures) and its not working now. Actually the grapping hook is not working. (1) Is there any other lock for the same opening with stronger grapping arrangement? I don't need the lock but want stronger grapping?

The white piece is 2.5 inches tall and .5x.5 inches wide. This piece is of the most importance to me. The coil piece is 25.5 inches tall 1/4 of an inch wide.

While installing the lock I snapped off the adjustable locking rod two marks too short. Any ideas on how I can fix that problem? Thanks.
