Channel window balance
I am trying to replace some broken channel window balances for my tilt out windows. They are 28 in long and by my measurements the channel balances measure 1/4 x 1/4 in width and depth. There is the number 2800 on the balance and under that is stamped BSI (but backwards) and underneath that LJ. ... (cont.)

Replacing slider handset with locking handset with handle
trying to replace with an exterior locking handset. Mortise opening is 7-1/8 x3/4. Door depth is 7/8 inch. Lock opening on side is 5/8 x 1-3/8. Does separate purchase handle interfere with key lock?

Cetainteed casement window lock handle has snapped
Hi, One day, the handle pictured decided to snap while I was trying to lift to unlock the window. Fortunately (Or unfortunately) the left part inside keeps the door secured but it also mean unless I remove this part somehow through pictured narrow access, I will never get the window to open again ... Broken sliding window lock, please help!
Hi there: The photos attached show one of these locks that is NOT broken. The one we need to replace has broken off where the screws are. The spacing of the screws is 2-1/4. Looking to buy replacement parts
I am looking for replacement parts for my windows. The original balance channel is 24.5 inches in length (Stamped 2420). It looks similar to S351-25 balance channel. I also looking for top sash guides. The original top sash guide looks similar to 18-110 top sash guide.

mw window spiral balance
I need to replace the spiral balances for some of my MW vinyl windows. The balance has a vinyl cover over the metal. The diameter of the balance with the vinyl cover is 5/8" without it is 3/8". Necessary to remove pins before rescreeening?
Greetings, I am preparing to re-screen my window screens with pet-proof screening. All my screens have these plunger pins. My question is, do I need to remove them before re-screening, and also, how do I do this? Or, can I re-screen on top of the pins rather than attempt to remove/replace them? ... (cont.)
