I'm not sure what series I need to order. I have two different size windows I need to order parts for. The one in the picture with the white tip is 17 inches. Another window has a red tip and is 25 inches Please help me get the correct spiral balance.

I am looking for replacement rollers like the ones pictured. I cannot find any identifying numbers on the frame or the rollers. please note, there should be 2 roller wheels in each unit but one is missing in some of the pictures. I need 4 of these. Thank you for your help.

Good morning! Please take a look at both pictures, one of them has a replacement crank for the windows and the other is the one that needs to be replaced.
