The tail piece on my thumb latch has broken. Is it possible to get just the tail piece, or do I have to get a thumb latch? I think this is a 2265 Sash Controls handle (not sure), and I believe it cost around $70. Thank You for your assistance.

Hello , i am looking for "International brand" patio door handle and lock . i don't see this brand in any of the hardware stores around here . Any help will be appreciated. See attached photos

I believe I have a triple coil balance on this window. Both sides have failed. The coils are 3/4 inch wide, the cover is about 4 1/2 inches long. Not sure on the weight capacity I need but the window weighs about 22 pounds. I think I need the S-165 coils. If I replace both sides do I order six 4 ... (cont.)

I took my window balance out and measured just the metal part of the balance and it measures 27 1/2 inches but the chart does not show in half inches. Do i stay at 27 inches or go to 28 inches? Also the part # stamped on the balance is "27 4 B.S.I. PA". Does this part # tell you anything? ... (cont.)

Our old roller assemblies from a Millard Sliding door need replacing and Luik very similar to your 81-149 rille assemblies, however, we have spacers that slide into a channel...it looks like your assembly may have a slit/spacer track to slide our spacer into??
