Hello. I am looking for a part to repair our door. The bottom pivot seems to be the issue. I am not a construction/ hardware savvy person please let me know if you need me to measure any parts of the door or need more pictures. Thanks!

Sash locks balance connectors and weatherstripping they are Anderson windows I don't not see any numbers on them also believed to be about 5 to 6 years old

Hi. Wonder if you can help me ID a potential replacement for this LH awning window operator. I measure 5 1/4 from center to center holes. 1/2" between top holes and 3/4" between bottom holes. Thanks!

I need to replace multiple pieces of this hardware. I cannot find any markings on it. The body of the piece itself is 4.5" x 2.125", not including the mounting screws. I need a right and left latch 3 1/8 by 1 5/16 holes are 2 1/8 center to center On the back of the latch it has Pat# 4,901,475

Curved portion of existing glaze is 17/32 inch. Straight portion that snaps into frame is 16/32". Locking lip is spaced 1/8" lower than corner edge. White vinyl glaze is brittle from sun and weather.
