Hello. Can you please help me find a replacement rear drawer guide socket? The internal dimensions of the existing socket are 1 3/8" x 7/8". The guide width at the widest part is 1 1/2". the narrower part is 11/16". Thank you.

My balancers have the number 34 2 Caldwell. The metal portion of the balancer is 35 inches long. Would the sash weight be 3420? Just a guess. Help!!

Hello, After reviewing the stamp and dimensions on my 2940 channel balance 30" and it looks like a match to your 30"series 385. However, I was wondering if I need to factor something else in if mine has a D BSI stamp as well.

Just like 26-234 but tangs aren't 7/16 but close to 3/8 and under 1/4 wide But wider than 1/8 white in color

Bought a house yesterday and it doesn't have a handle/lock on the sliding glass patio doors. I can't find any name or numbers on the door.

I have a Showcase 143 single hung window that is missing one pivot pin. I cannot find any part information from Showcase. I just need one pin to install so my window will stay up.

I need some replacement parts that look like this. Behind the white plastic piece is a metal coil spring. There are two coils on each side. These are single hung vinyl windows. I can find no other identification on the window.

This door used to lock and then one day I notice it stopped locking. When I lock it and I pull the handle to open the door it will unlock the lock.
